Position Summary

The Park Security Representative (PSR), provides dedicated security monitoring for Cedar Port Industrial Park.

Position Scope

Performs security monitoring of CPIP assets utilizing camera system

Performs CPIP infrastructure security checks via nightly rounds with designated checkpoints

Responds to third-party camera monitoring inquiries

Notifies pertinent personnel (internal and external) of security breaches/concerns

Job Competencies

Monitors TGS camera system

Ability to navigate TGS camera system, attention to detail

Develops security route and conducts physical security checks

Territory knowledge of CPIP, RR familiarity, ability to utilize company vehicle

Notifies/escalates potential security compromises to responsible authority

Sound decision-making, ability to follow safety sensitive instructions

Interacts with employees/non-employees

Professional decorum, adept conversational skills

Generates daily security report

Familiarity with computer applications

Requirements

All current TGS CPRR employees in good standing with at least 6 months of service may apply

Valid TX DL

Ability to pass background screening and private security licensing requirements
