Description
Summary: Seeking an employee to complete administrative and clerical tasks to supplement staff and increase overall productivity. The administrative assistant must be reliable and can multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment. Their job duties can vary widely, not just from job to job, but from day to day.

Office Hours: Monday to Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Greet & welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen & forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area, office & boardrooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery & materials (e.g., pens, forms, drinks, snacks & brochures)
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Order front office supplies & keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars & schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing & faxing.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High School graduate or GED.
- Must have a minimum of two years of admin or assistant experience.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft programs.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Solid typing, communication, and proofreading skills.
